During the project, features influencing customer loyalty were defined and a system was created to analyze customer data that influenced customer loyalty. The data came from various sales channels (digital, own stores, franchise). Advanced machine student algorithms were used for data analysis.

Based on the knowledge obtained from the project, conclusions were drawn up and business recommendations were implemented to improve sales.
